Turkmen artists presents their best works

An exhibition of paintings, graphics and folk-applied art dedicated to the International Women's Day was launched in the capital's exhibition center. The festive exposition represented 43 artists: famous and only beginners. "Still Life" painting is of one of them - a student of the Academy of Fine Arts Jeyran Umarova - a bright foreplay to get acquainted with the creative palette of bright representatives of national culture.
The attention of ethno-style admirers was attracted by the original collection of national clothes by Tuvak Sahedova, who presented five women's dressing gowns decorated with elaborate hand-embroidered embroidery. Equally admirable were the exclusive women’s handbags decorated with colorful ornaments.

Expectably, flowers and women dominated the themes of the works. Yenish Shihieva in her painting "Port" portrayed boys and girls against the vast expanses of the Caspian Sea. With his painting Enisch brings us back to childhood, where every day is filled with bright hopes and sunny emotions.

The work "In the Park" of Khatyi Amansahedova continues the theme in which the child himself climbed on a swing and mischievously looks at his mother. The charm of the child is fascinating not only the mom, but also all visitors of the exhibition.

The work "Mama" by artist Dilber Umarova from the presented ceramic works is touching feelings caused by a woman with huge happy eyes. She holds two daughters in her arms, and her son presses against her leg. Both mother and children are overwhelmed with love and affection for each other.

Another remarkable work of this artist is "Daisa", which means "respected" in the translation from Turkmen and is often used as compellation to an unfamiliar woman. Dilber created this figure in a laconic technique, focusing on emotional expressiveness.

Gular Babaeva also presented a collection of ceramic works. Among the new works of the famous master are two female figures, called "Fashion." One of the women with a proudly raised head demonstrates the outfit, causing at the friend of her admiration and desire to get the same.

The festive exposition presented a pleasant surprise to art connoisseurs, having acquainted with the creative work of the original artist Aya Serhenova, who presented the paintings in the style of surrealism and a large series of graphic works. In one of the paintings, - "Woman-director" - Aya portrayed the heroine in the form of a fruit tree. The relationship of figurative associations is traced in the work.

Particular attention deserves the graphic work of Aya Serhenova. Multilayered perception of familiar objects is characteristic for each work. In the film "Confession of Love», two branches of an apricot tree are depicted: one resembles the silhouette of a girl with a yellow apricot instead of head, the other a young man who confesses of love ... The creative imagination interpreted the appearance of a tree common to many.

Each work of Aya Sergenova is a mystery, so near her work for a long time delayed viewers: in search of an answer or simply indulging in philosophical comprehension of the unconventional plot...
