Meeting with the Commissioner of the International Horticultural Exhibition EXPO 2027

On October 16, 2024, a meeting was held between the Ambassador of Turkmenistan A. Bayramov and the Commissioner of the International Horticultural Exhibition EXPO 2027, Ambassador of Japan Koshikawa Kazuhiko. During the discussion, key issues related to cooperation between the two countries in the spheres of environmental protection, agriculture and horticulture were raised.

Both sides noted the significance of the upcoming EXPO 2027, which will be held in Yokohama under the motto GREEN×EXPO 2027. The event will be a platform for sharing experiences and knowledge on sustainable development, ecology and innovative technologies that will help in combating climate change and protecting natural resources.

The meeting was an important step towards expanding cooperation between Turkmenistan and Japan, opening new horizons for joint work in the field of environmental protection and sustainable development.
