Chairman of the Japan-Turkmen Friendship Parliamentary Group Toshiaki Endo was presented a commemorative medal “300 years of Magtymguly Fragi”

On 27 November 2024, on behalf of the Honorable President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov to the Chairman of the Japan-Turkmen Friendship Parliamentary Group, Member of the House of Representatives of the Parliament of Japan Toshiaki Endo was solemnly presented a commemorative medal “300 years of Magtymguly Fragi” in the Embassy building.

Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Japan Atadurdy Bayramov congratulated Toshiaki Endo on this high award and noted that it is a worthy reward for his great work to popularize the creative work of Magtymguly Fragi in Japan, for his contribution to the development of friendship and cultural ties between our peoples.

In turn, T.Endo expressed his deep gratitude to the President of Turkmenistan and Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan, the National Leader of the Turkmen people for the high appreciation of his work.

Toshiaki Endo was awarded this medal of commemorative, established by the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov in the year of celebrating the 300th anniversary of the outstanding Turkmen poet and thinker Magtymguly Fraghi, for his great merits in studying, careful preservation and promotion of the rich and invaluable creative heritage of the great thinker and classic poet of the East Magtymguly Fraghi, as well as for his services in the development of cultural and friendly relations with Turkmenistan.
