Production of fuel and energy complex and textile are on the top of exchange trade
76 transactions have been registered at the trades of the State Commodity and Raw Material Exchange last week.
For foreign currency, representatives of business circles from Russia have bought polypropylene produced by Turkmenbashy Refinery Complex while brokers from Afghanistan and Belize have procured heavy vacuum gasoil produced by Seydi Refinery. High-density polyethylene, polypropylene and ECO-93 gasoline (SC Türkmengaz) have been bought by the entrepreneurs from Russia, United Arab Emirates, Afghanistan.
In addition, cotton yarn and colourless sheet glass have been sold for foreign currency to brokers from Russia, UAE, Great Britain, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan and Georgia. Total amount of transactions has exceeded 31,352,000 US dollars.
For national currency, entrepreneurs from Great Britain, United Arab Emirates, Belize, China, Afghanistan have bought cotton yarn and handmade carpets to total amount of more than 10,184,000 manats.
For local market, Turkmen businessmen have bought polyethylene and polypropylene (SC Türkmengaz) as well as cotton fibre and lint. Total amount of transaction shas exceeded 139,596,000 manats.
