Modernization and re-profiling of textile enterprises increased the export capacity of the industry

Turkmen fashion designers presented new samples of clothes made from blended fabrics and knitwear produced by the enterprises of the Ministry of Textile Industry. Cooperation with well-known foreign companies promotes the introduction of technological innovations that ensure the production of high quality and competitive products in the world market. The enterprises of the industry constantly increase the assortment and volumes of production of products from natural cotton and silk, master the release of new types of clothing in the context of the implementation of national import substitution and export-oriented programs. 

The Rukhabat textile complex, specialized in the production of mixed fabrics for uniforms, has significantly expanded the range of new types of fabrics of fashionable shades and decorated with flower prints, designed to create collections of outerwear for children and adults in the coming year. 

In 2016, a knitting workshop equipped with high-tech equipment of the Japanese company "Shima Seiki" was launched in the Ashgabat Model House. Knitting machines provided the release of fashionable women's sweaters, enjoying wide consumer demand due to high quality and attractive prices. This year stylish models of half-woolen and viscose yarn using elements of national decor will supplement the assortment line: sweaters, cardigans and long waistcoats. The release of everyday summer clothes from cotton and mixed yarn also will increase. 

Products from Turkmen textiles due to their high quality, aesthetic and ergonomic properties, a wide range of products, as well as an effective marketing strategy enjoy growing demand in the world market.
