The representative of Turkmenistan was awarded a diploma of a graduate of the National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies in Tokyo

On September 11, 2024, the Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Japan, A. Bayramov, attended the graduation ceremony held at the National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies (GRIPS) in Tokyo.

In her speech, GRIPS President Ms. Hiroko Ota highlighted that the institute has graduated over 6,000 students from more than 120 countries, who apply their knowledge and experience to contribute to global peace and prosperity.

Among the graduates from over 50 countries, Perhat Chariyev, representative of the Ministry of Construction and Architecture of Turkmenistan, received his master's degree in Disaster management policy Program on seismology, earthquake engineering and tsunami disaster mitigation.
