A meeting held between Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Japan and Parliamentary Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan

On November 25, 2025, a meeting was held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan between Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Japan
A. Bayramov and Parliamentary Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan E. Arfiya.

At the meeting, Ambassador A. Bayramov congratulated E. Arfiya on her reappointment to the position of Parliamentary Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan and wished her continued success in her responsible work.

During the meeting the two sides also affirmed their intention to cooperate closely in the international arena and confirmed that they would continue to work together toward the early convening of the Summit of the “Central Asia + Japan” Dialogue.

The participation of high-level Japanese delegations in events commemorating the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s Permanent Neutrality, which will be held in Turkmenistan in December 2025, was also discussed.
