Specialists of the education sector discuss aspects of the implementation of the language-learning concept

The scientific and practical conference devoted to the aspects of implementing the Concept of improving the teaching of foreign languages conducted at the Oguz Khan engineering and Technology University. 

The forum united teachers and students of universities, teachers of foreign languages of secondary schools and specialists of the National Institute of Education. The conference was held in the format of a plenary and four sectional sessions, during which almost one hundred scientific reports sounded. 

Interactive presentations complemented the discussion. Sato Goro and Tanaka Takashi, who teach Japanese at the National Institute of World Languages named after D. Azadi and Oguz Khan Engineering and Technology University respectively are among the foreign participants of the conference. 

The messages sounded at the plenary session were devoted to various aspects of linguistics. The tasks on the introducing foreign languages into the practice of school and university education, the free possession of which expands the horizons of knowledge, opens the way to a world of new opportunities are considered at the session. 

The discussion has master class approach, whose participants were native speakers and authors of modern methods, on the other hand, listeners interested in professional growth and acquaintance with linguistic innovations. Open classes in English, Japanese, Russian and Turkmen languages were conducted within the framework of the conference, during which a presentation of innovative multimedia teaching methods was held. 

An exhibition of educational and methodological novelties was opened in the university center of languages. The participants of the conference were shown thematic videos, describing creative initiatives, in particular, poetry evenings, which are held in four languages, studied at the university. 

The theme of the conference was supplemented by the exhibition of student scientific developments. The young innovators held the presentation in four languages. One of the central stands introduced to the activities of the scientific circle "Bionics", which was created at the Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics. The students developed a number of inventions under the guidance of the teacher Bekzad Matyakubov, including a polyglot robot designed to teach foreign languages to visually impaired children. The system for automatic control over the consumption of electrical energy and optimization of heat exchange, which claims to receive a patent, is among the topical novelties. 

The head of the department of information technology Dovlet Saryev led the innovations of the members of the student circle on computer programming, which is presented on the next stand. The young innovators became the authors of ten inventions under his supervision. The programs for improving the teaching of foreign languages, automation of libraries, office and personnel department; the account of attendance of high school by students and teachers; testing of students' progress; encryption of texts are among inventions. Some of these programs are already successfully implemented in the electronic security system of the university. 

The development of the activists of student circles on chemical and biotechnology were also widely presented at the exhibition. All heads of scientific associations are members of the Higher School of Young Scientists.
