A meeting was held via videoconference between representatives of the Scientific-research institute of natural gas of the State concern “Turkmengas” and the Japanese company “Mitsui & Co., Ltd”

On April 03, 2026, a meeting was held via videoconference, organized by the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Japan, between representatives of the Scientific research institute of natural gas of the State concern “Turkmengas” and the Japanese company “Mitsui & Co., Ltd”.

During the meeting, a presentation was made on the activities and capabilities of the Japanese company “Mitsui & Co., Ltd” in the oil and gas sector. Issues related to establishing potential cooperation were also discussed.

At the meeting, the parties exchanged views on the company’s proposals, capabilities, their practical application, and the establishment of cooperation in this field.
