Toyota Expands Presence in Turkmenistan: New Brand Center Under Construction in Ashgabat
In Ashgabat began construction of a modern Center of sale and post-sale servicing of Toyota automobiles, which is being erected according to international regulations and corporate standards of the brand.
The customer of the project is the company “Beýik Ýüpek Ýoly” with the involvement of Japanese investments and in close cooperation with the company “Toyota Central Asia”. The future complex will be located on a plot with an area of 2.79 ha on G. Kuliev Street. The project provides for the creation of a full-fledged dealership center of the 3S format – Sales, Service, Spare parts, where sales, servicing, and the warehouse of original spare parts are united into a single functional system. The building will be two-storied and will include a modern showroom and a full-cycle service center.
In the showroom the concept “New Retail Concept” will be implemented. The central element will become the “Customer Hub” — an open space where clients will be able to receive consultations, study configurations of automobiles, become acquainted with Toyota digital services, and receive personal support from specialists.
The full-cycle service center will ensure the performance of all types of work: scheduled technical inspection, diagnostics, repair of the engine, transmission and chassis, body repair and painting, tire-mounting work, calibration of electronic systems, and updating of software. Servicing up to eight automobiles simultaneously will allow significantly increasing throughput capacity and reducing clients’ waiting time. In the structure of the complex are also provided a body-repair workshop, a car-detailing zone, and a modern zone for car-washing.
For demonstrating the capabilities of Toyota automobiles, on the territory of the center there will be a special test-drive zone, which will allow, in safe conditions, to feel the dynamics, handling, and level of comfort of Toyota automobiles. In the center will be presented current models of Toyota automobiles, including innovative hybrid technologies. The center will provide both warranty and post-warranty servicing, maintaining unified quality standards for all clients.
Completion of construction is planned for December 2027.
