Production of main material is started at ‘Garabogazcarbamid’ facility

Preparation to the opening ceremony of ‘Garabogazcarbamid ‘ Plant, which was built in Garabogaz, Balkan Velayat, is carried out. 

New petrochemical complex provided with advanced technologies and equipment from the world manufacturers is designed for production of 1,155,000 tons of carbamide fertilizers per year. At present, the production of the main material- the first batches of liquefied ammonia has been started. Technology processes are automated and operated from centralized control centre. After commissioning of this industrial facility, which has no analogues in Central Asia, Turkmenistan will enter the rank of leading suppliers of large volumes of mineral production to the world market.
