President of Turkmenistan congratulates the Emperor of Japan

President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov has sent heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to Emperor Naruhito of Japan on the occasion of Japan's national holiday and His Majesty's birthday.

"I would like to emphasize your personal contribution to the strengthening and development of friendly relations between our countries. I express great confidence that these relations will continue to be systematically improved," the President's message emphasizes.
