Representatives of the State Committee of Turkmenistan on Statistics participated in the seminar on statistical methods in Tokyo

The representatives of the State Committee on Statistics of Turkmenistan from 5-15 February 2024 in Tokyo participated in training seminars on the program of joint knowledge creation in the field of statistical methods, organized by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).

During the seminar between representatives of the Japan International Cooperation Agency and heads of sector departments of the State Committee on Statistics of Turkmenistan the main aspects of the formation of tables of resources and their further transformation were considered.

The participants of the seminar made presentations and discussed the main objectives of improving and modernizing national statistical systems, improving the quality and reliability of statistical estimates of main macroeconomic indicators.
