The Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Japan took part in an event organized by the Secretariat of the Japan Water Forum on the 73rd Flood Defence Exercise in the Tona River Basin

On 17 May 2025, Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Japan A.Bayramov took part in an event organised by the Secretariat of the Japan Water Forum on the 73rd flood control exercise in the Tona River Basin, Tochigi Prefecture, Japan. 
During the exercise, foreign Ambassadors accredited in Japan, as well as other representatives of the diplomatic corps, were familiarised with the work of the country's relevant emergency services in dealing with natural disasters caused by floods. 
The event was attended by the Governor of Tochigi Prefecture, the Mayor of Utsunomiya City, the Deputy Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, Members of Parliament and other high-ranking representatives of relevant Japanese ministries and agencies.
