Large-scale events dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the permanent neutrality of Turkmenistan were held in Tokyo

On January 20 of the current year, the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Japan organized a number of events entitled “Neutrality – the level of friendship” which is dedicated to the declaration of the year 2020 as “Turkmenistan - Home of Neutrality.” The events took place in the “Komazawa” Olympic Park.

The residents of Tokyo, sportsmen, executives of the National Sports Federations of Japan, as well as the representatives of mass media participated to the event.

The events were started by the exhibition representing the Turkmen culture, traditions and national values. After the exhibition, the round table in participation of the executives of the National Sports Federations of Japan was organized. The participants highly appraised the principles of Turkmenistan’s state neutrality linked to the national values, global security and adherence to mutual development and wished further success to our country.

In the second part of the day, a conference was held in the large sports arena. During the event, a presentation was made and a video film was shown to the participants reflecting various fields of our country.
