Petroleum products and textile are on the top of exchange trades

80 transactions have been registered at the trades of the State Commodity and Raw Material Exchange of Turkmenistan last week.

For foreign currency, brokers from Germany, United Arab Emirates, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Afghanistan have procured gasoline, diesel fuel, base oil, and total petroleum coke produced at Turkmenbashy Refinery Complex. Businessmen from Panama and Afghanistan have bought heavy vacuum gasoil produced at Seydi Refinery. Russian representatives have bought polyethylene.

In addition, colorless sheet glass, dyed terry clothes, cotton yarn, dried licorice roots have been sold for foreign currency to Russia, China, USA, Germany, UAE, Turkey, Pakistan. Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine and Kyrgyzstan. Total amount of transactions has exceeded 30,423,000 US dollars.

For local currency, businessmen from Great Britain, United Arab Emirates, Turkey and Kazakhstan have bought cotton yarn while entrepreneurs from Pakistan have procured licorice extract. Total amount of transaction has exceeded 34,250,000 manats. For local market, Turkmen businessmen have bought polypropylene film and cotton fiber to the amount of more than 7,655,000 manats.
