The Role of Private Companies Increases in the Economy

The role of private enterprises is becoming increasingly important in the economy of Dashoguz velayat. One of them is Ýüpek Ýoly Gurluşyk Economic Association, whose specialized divisions have been modernizing the power supply system in the region. This year alone, they have constructed new electric power lines along Aşyk Aýdyň Street in the urban-type settlement of Rukhubelent. 47 new concrete poles and 10-kV and 0.4-kV power transmission lines (with a total length of more than 5, 5 kilometers) were installed.

New electric power lines have also been built in the village of Garagum-1 in J. Hudaybergenow gengeshlik, S. A. Niyazov etrap. The total length of 0.4-kV and 10-kV power transmission lines is 5.5-plus kilometers and some 2 kilometers respectively. Built in the village, a new 250-kVA integrated transformer substation will ensure the reliability of power supplies to local consumers.

The Economic Association has reconstructed existing electric power lines in a rural area in Akdepe etrap. The rebuilt 10-kV and 0.4-kV transmission lines are approximately 8 kilometers in length. Soon, specialists of Ýüpek Ýoly Gurluşyk will start to implement a new power line project in the village of Şor Ýer in Altyn Ýol gengeshlik, S.A. Niyazov etrap, where a new integrated transformer substation will be also constructed.

Ýüpek Ýoly Gurluşyk is one of large and diversified private enterprises, whose resources and capabilities allow it to be actively engaged in the implementation of economic projects. Although now the company primarily specializes in construction and reconstruction of utility systems, it also owns a privatized enterprise producing dairy products and butter, and a large livestock farm in the region. Thanks to its high-quality performance standards and timely fulfillment of contractual obligation, the company boasts a stable volume of orders.
