The Prime Minister of Japan expressed gratitude to the National Leader of the Turkmen people for supporting co-operation

The National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov received a letter from the Prime Minister of Japan Shigeru Ishiba, in which he expressed sincere gratitude for congratulations and kind words on the occasion of his appointment as Prime Minister.
In his letter, Shigeru Ishiba noted that Japan and Turkmenistan have maintained a mutually beneficial partnership based on friendship and mutual trust for many years. The Prime Minister stressed that the contribution of Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, including his visits to Japan, plays an important role in strengthening relations between the two countries in a wide range of areas, including politics, economy and culture.
Shigeru Ishiba also expressed his intention to actively cooperate with Turkmenistan to further develop relations between the countries.
