A relevant Memorandum was signed between the Ministry of Communications of Turkmenistan and “Muroosystems Corporation” on the establishment and development of data centers in Turkmenistan

On March 31, 2026, with support of the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Japan, relevant meetings were held between Mr. Zh. Pan, CEO of the Japanese company “Muroosystems Corporation,” and the Ministers of Communications and Energy of Turkmenistan.

Within the framework of the meeting between the head of the aforementioned Japanese company and the Minister of Communications of Turkmenistan, a “Memorandum of understanding between the Ministry of Communications of Turkmenistan and Muroosystems Corporation on cooperation in the establishment and development of data centers in Turkmenistan” was signed.

The purpose of this Memorandum signed with the Japanese company is to establish the legal foundation for cooperation in building data centers in our country in accordance with international standards and through the use of modern technological solutions.

It is also necessary to note that, within the framework of the visit of the Esteemed President of Turkmenistan to Japan on April 13–15, 2025, a Memorandum of understanding was signed between the aforementioned Japanese company and the Ministry of Energy of Turkmenistan.
