Turkmenistan and Japan intend to expand scientific cooperation in medicine

The Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Japan A. Bayramov took part in the 16th World Congress of the International Cleft Lip and Palate Foundation, was held on July 17-19, 2024, at the University of Tokyo.
In their speeches, the President of the Congress, Professor Kazuto Hoshi, and the Chairman of this International Foundation, Professor Nagato Natsume, informed the forum participants about the trends in the development of the latest medical technologies in improving maxillofacial surgery.
The Ambassador of Turkmenistan and the leadership of the above-mentioned International Medical Foundation agreed to discuss in the near future the need to establish Japanese-Turkmen scientific cooperation in the medical area.
Being one of the largest higher education institutions in Japan, the University of Tokyo has its own hospital with highly qualified specialists, receiving a large number of high-ranking guests from many countries around the world. Following the opening ceremony, event organizers gave a comprehensive presentation of the activities of the International Foundation.
