The best ahalteke horse of 2020 has been announced

Celebration events of National Turkmen Horse Holiday, under which the final tour of International ahalteke horse beauty contest took place, have been held in Ahalteke Equestrian Complex of the President of Turkmenistan with participation of Head of the State Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.

Ten best representatives of ahalteke from Ashgabat, Ahal, Balkan, Dashoguz, Lebap and Mary velayats, which were selected at qualification rounds, have been taken out to the stage.

Each of the horse was taken in front of the jury, first without any harness and in the second time, wearing full set of horse jewellery, carpet blanket and under the saddle.

All horses were introduced to the jury and public including name, age, bloodline information, name of the owner. Horses, which continue this or that famous breeding line going back to famous ancestors, have been qualified for the final.

Numerous fans of ahalteke horses were able to appreciate wonderful exterior of outstanding ahalteke horses, which have founded the main branches in selection breeding of thoroughbred horses.

The horses demonstrated their exterior and training, which deterred their hot temper, with royal grace conquering with their precise lines and unimpeachable proportions. Indeed, thoroughbred horse is a true treasure, masterpiece made by the efforts of the best horse breeders…

Black stallion Gyrsakyr, which comes from Gerden and Ovadan, was announced as the most beautiful horse of 2020. This horse belongs to Ahalteke Equestrian Complex of the President of Turkmenistan. It was bred and trained by the honoured horse breeder of Turkmenistan Mammetmyrat Gazakov, who received Audi Q8 on behalf of the Head of the State.
