Production of spunbond medical gowns arranged in Dashoguz

Production of disposable surgical medical gowns from nonwoven fabrics of new generation has been developed at Dashoguz Sterile Dressing Materials Factory. Spunbond, which has high strength, absorbability and hypoallergenic properties as well as resistance to deformation and various temperatures, is used for production of the uniform.

Qualitative characteristics of the material allow using it for production of disposable medical uniform as well as for other medical personal protective equipment. Test shipment of surgical gowns made of spunbond was made in specialized workshop of the factory where highly productive sewing machines have been recently installed.

Dashoguz Sterile Dressing Materials Factory is provided with modern equipment from famous European manufacturers, which is able to produce up to 13 million packs of various dressing materials per year.

The production line, which is on high demand by medical and preventive facilities of the country, is regularly expanded and renewed. For example, production of bleached gauze fabrics has been developed recently. Foreign companies have also shown interest in production of the factory.
