Representatives of business community implement investment projects of the sphere of living construction

Active attraction of private structures to construction business has led to significant growth of construction rates in Dashoguz. Specialists of Şirin aý private company have started erection of other four multi-apartment high-comfort buildings. Four-storey buildings, have 136 apartments, will be built along Magtumguly Avenue in the central part of the city on account of shared participation of the real estate developer.

New spacious apartments will have all necessary conditions for comfortable living including auxiliary premises. Surrounding territory will be developed, children playground, place for traditional ceremonies and food donation, car parking will be built.

At present time, residential complexes and relative various facilities are built along Shagadam, Gyorogly and Al Khorezmi Strees.
