In this connection, we are very pleased with the decision of Turkmenistan to obtain observer status in this organization. Azerbaijan, as the chairing country, has sent you request to the member states of the Council. I would like to note with great satisfaction that all member states unanimously supported granting Turkmenistan an observer status in the Cooperation Council of Turkic Speaking States,” the message says.
