【基本的知識】

1.現在駐日トルクメニスタン大使館では、招待状をお持ちの方のみに査証の発給をしております。招待状の申請は受け付けておりません。招待状はトルクメニスタンの関係機関を通して、トルクメニスタンの入国管理局に申請する必要があります。

2.査証がなくとも入国管理局から招待状を受けていればトルクメニスタンの空港で査証を取得しトルクメニスタンに入国できますが、査証をお持ちでないと飛行機に搭乗する前に空港職員がよく事態を把握していなかったり、トルクメニスタンの入国管理局に確認が取れない場合などに...

トルクメニスタン大統領、仙台の国連防災会議に出席

2015年3月13日、14日の日程でトルクメニスタン大統領グルバングリ・ベルディムハメドフが来日し、仙台市で行われた第三回国連防災世界会議に参加しました。訪日期間中には日本国天皇陛下との面談、阿倍首相との首脳会談、また筑波大学から大統領へ名誉博士号が贈られました。

2015年11月24日、トルクメニスタンのアシガバットで外務省により，「中央アジア＋日本」対話・第10回高級実務者会合（SOM）が開催されました。会合には中央アジア各国、－カザフスタン、キルギス、ウズベキスタン、タジキスタン、トルクメニスタンから外務次官級の高級実務者が参加、また日本からは相木俊宏中央アジア担当外務省特別代表・大使が参加しました。

日本国内閣総理大臣、トルクメニスタンへ公式訪問

安倍晋三日本国内閣総理大臣は、2015年10月22日から24日まで初めてトルクメニスタンを公式訪問しました。23日の朝、歓迎を受けた安倍総理の車列は騎馬隊に同行され、オグズハーン大統領宮殿に到着しました。

 宮殿の入り口でトルクメニスタンのグルバングルィ・ベルディムハメドフ大統領が安倍総理を歓迎しました。歓迎式典後、ベルディムハメドフ大統領と安倍総理の間で、日トルクメニスタン首脳会談が行われました。

2015年11月23日に、アシガバットで外務省により、トルクメニスタンー日本政務協議が行われました。日本からは相木俊宏中央アジア担当外務省特別代表・大使が参加しました。

協議では、両国の相互的・地域的協力に関する問題を含む重要な課題について意見交換が行われました。

また「中央アジア＋日本」対話において二国間協力・地域協力の肯定的な経験が確認されたことを受け、両国は今後、この対話の枠組みでも更に協力していくことで合意しました。
